Day 1516 | Zero to 200, real fast.

You know when you are having a drink with your friends or at dinner with extended family and someone is talking about a terrible customer service experience they’ve just had? Because it’s someone close to you telling the story it holds a lot more impact and affects the way you look at that business or service moving forward. And in this day and age we tend to hear more negative than positive things. Bad news just tends to spread faster than good. But not always….

When we started Hudson365, there was a heavy focus on trying to not be the agents out in the community beating our chests and telling everyone how great we were. The play was instead to build up a bank of reviews from real humans that had been through the process with us. Collaborated alongside us to get a result, and not just sellers but the buyers too. I felt like it held more weight coming from others than ourselves.

Now I’ve got more self confidence than most so have no issue promoting my skills but in a game like ours when it’s big life changing decisions, it makes more sense to have people out on the ground saying nice things to their tribe around them instead of me yelling it from the rooftops myself.

Last week we hit 200 reviews on the biggest real estate website in the country. These reviews are verified and come from only those that have gone through a transaction with us. Not people that have been paid for their words.

As of right now, and as one of the smallest agencies in the state, those 200+ reviews make us the most recommended agent in Tasmania on realestate.com.au

It makes us proud of that as an achievement but more so that we have a heap of clients walking away feeling like we did the right thing by them. We don’t always get it perfect, but bloody oath we try our best. And I think people can see that.

Still in very early days as a brand, we are more grateful each day for the people that work with us. You guys are awesome.
