We are currently chasing a weird little achievement that is closer than we imagined. I set a target at the middle of 2019 that was dramatically unrealistic from a small boutique office, but I wanted to be the first Agent in TAS with one hundred 5 Star client reviews on the realestate.com.au website. As of right now, we are 14 away from making that happen.
We haven’t sold the most houses, or have a team of sales people hunting huge numbers but that’s not the most important goal for us. It’s people being stoked with the process that gets us up and about.
With 86 reviews from buyers and sellers along the way, we are now the number one agent in the state for positive reviews. About 15 clear of second place.
Mind. Blown.
It’s not an award, or involves any sort of acknowledgement or a trophy but it’s pretty special to get so many people saying good things about us crazy early into this ‘home-made’ operation. We know our model won’t suit everyone, but I feel like we are attracting really awesome people to the brand and that’s something I’m super proud of.
An old boss of mine was probably the worst bloke I’ve ever worked under but he taught me one important thing that always sticks with me. “Real Estate is less about agents telling everyone about themselves and how great they are all the time, and more about what people say about you to their mates at bbqs when you’re not around”.
In a world where word of mouth is completely undervalued for the impact it has, the H365 team say thank you to all of those that took a chance on us, and continually put our name forward to their friends and family. We love the way this story is unfolding.
