On this mini-milestone we not only get to celebrate 7 listings in the last 7 days but also the way we’ve gone about our first 100 days of trade. It hasn’t been without some hiccups, but all in all we couldn’t be happier!
The question I’m getting asked the most is why we do black and white photos as our first impression of new listings. There’s a few reasons but the main one is this....... because it’s different. We think it stands out, sets us apart and grabs the buyers attention. The plan from day one was to be an alternative to the norm, and it looks like we’ve got that box ticked.
There are plenty of agents doing it differently in Tassie right now and it’s brilliant to sit back and watch them do their thing without worrying about the competition. Each has their own strategy and a point of difference. It gives me confidence that we are on the right path.
